Article – NJ App. Div. Resets Redevelopment “Game Clock”
By PDC Ryan • Dec 12th, 2008 • Category: LawA few months back I (along with Steve Eisendorfer, Esq. of Hill Wallack LLP) wrote an article analyzing the impact of the New Jersey Appellate Division case Harrison v. DeRose. The article is featured both on Hill Wallack’s main site and on its land use blog. The case is likely to be of interest not only to municipalities working to redevelop blighted areas, but for property owners concerned with the possibility that their poperty could be taken by eminent domain.
